I love teaching Chinese and I am, of course, interested in topics related to teaching, but not limit to that. I have done and will be doing research on peoples and cultures in China and else where on topics such as ethnicity, medical pluralism, knowledge and belief, and women's lives. I have been to several major ethnic areas in China and did research on inter-group relations, economic reforms and health care practices.
